Visitor Parking Guest Registration

Residents must register any guest who plans to or finds themselves parking, inside the community, on multiple dates except for calendar holidays. Annual parking permits can be given for friends and relatives who plan to repeatedly park within our community. Residents submitting a request must provide proof showing guest's current address and owner vehicle identification. Board may restrict number of allowable guests due to limited parking spaces. Vehicles illegally parked or stored in visitor parking spots are subject to tow.
